The MINI Cooper S Countryman is the newest addition to the MINI line-up. The Countryman looks to offer compact crossover flexibility and space in a unique MINI way.

The four-door, four-seat hatchback features a 181-hp turbocharged 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed automatic. Standard safety equipment includes six airbags, anti-lock brakes, traction control and stability control. For added all-weather control and road-handling, an all-wheel-drive system known as ALL4 can be added. A wide variety of interior trim materials and colors are available. Features such as adaptive bi-xenon headlights, sport suspension, Dynamic Traction Control, panoramic sunroof, navigation system, parking sensors, and Bluetooth are available. Both satellite and HD radio are standard equipment.

The Cooper S Countryman is all new for 2011.
